Shipping

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Times

Shipping times vary depending on your location:

  • Netherlands: 1–3 business days
  • Europe: 3–7 business days
  • International: 7–14 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing, courier delays, or peak seasons.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the selected shipping method.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your delivery.

Customs & Duties

For international orders outside the EU, customs duties or import taxes may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.


Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Tadè Organics products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused and in their original packaging
  • Products must be returned within 14 days of delivery
  • Proof of purchase is required

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used cosmetic products cannot be returned unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We will gladly arrange a replacement or refund.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
